LITTLETON, Colo. (KDVR) — Nine months ago, FOX31 pushed for answers from Xcel Energy after repeated power outages in a Littleton community. Now, they fear problems could be happening again.

A beautiful morning was briefly clouded for Katzenmeier on Wednesday, not because of the weather.
“At almost nine on the dot, the power goes out,” Katzenmeier said. “Luckily, it only lasted about an hour, and then the power’s back on, but I have no idea what the cause is.”…
