AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man was sentenced June 2025 in connection with a shooting at Barton Creek Square Mall in December 2023, according to Travis County court documents.
Court documents show, Vincent Gutierrez pleaded guilty to second-degree felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to five years in prison. Toward his sentence, Gutierrez received jail time credit of 266 days.
