AUSTIN (KXAN) — Newly released dash camera video from the Manor Police Department shows a high-speed chase tied to a series of shootings across the Austin area in May.

The footage captures a police vehicle pursuing a white car suspected to be connected to the violent crime spree. At one point, the vehicle leaves the road before re-entering traffic and heading eastbound on U.S. Highway 290.
Video shows the suspect vehicle weaving through fairly heavy traffic at speeds exceeding 85 mph, at times bobbing in and out of lanes as officers continue the pursuit.
