AUSTIN (KXAN) — Last May, police said Lucas Spradlin assaulted a peach vendor working on North Loop 360 near Spicewood Springs road.
Cellphone video shows him shoving boxes of peaches of a table and grabbing, pushing and hitting the vendor.
On Tuesday Spradlin accepted a plea deal from prosecutors, the judge told KXAN. Spradlin’s attorney did not respond to our request for comment…
