ROUND ROCK, Texas — A 22-year-old man was arrested June 15 just six minutes after Round Rock police received a stolen vehicle report.
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle stolen overnight from the 1000 block of University Boulevard. Using the department’s license plate reader system, officers located the stolen vehicle and arrested Jehari Dejean Lamont Combs roughly six minutes after the initial report.
