AUSTIN (KXAN) — On Wednesday, the Travis County District Attorney’s Office announced a Travis County grand jury indicted Del Valle ISD Police Officer Ruben Gonzales.
According to the office, Gonzales was charged with six counts of tampering with a government record with intent to harm or defraud, which is a state jail felony.
The indictment alleges that in June 2023, Gonzales had “tampered with a governmental record by making material misrepresentations in documents he submitted to the school district as part of his employment application process,” according to the press release…
