NTSB preliminary report reveals both engines ‘flamed out’ in plane crash that killed Austin tech CEO

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released a preliminary report on the plane crash in Laredo that killed an Austin tech entrepreneur mid-June.

According to the report, a business jet, a Textron 680A, carrying six people crashed June 16 around 10 p.m. onto a major Laredo highway. One person, identified as Joshua Baer, was killed and five others were injured…
