Costco Wholesale is cashing in on its own sweet deals to bring some added TLC to one of its Central Texas warehouses.
The major bulk purchase retailer unveiled plans that will allocate hundreds of thousands of dollars to a full food court refurbishment at one of its Austin-area warehouses, according to project filings registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on July 10. Those construction documents teed up a 1,500-square-foot improvement project to the food court at Costco’s Pflugerville outpost, located at 1901 Kelly Lane, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
The project comes with an estimated $320,000 construction sticker price and “includes the removal and replacement of fixtures and finishes” in the dining area, according to TDLR filings.
