Report: Austin Police issue 78 hazardous citations; no vehicle noise in May

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Following a city ordinance approval earlier this year which allowed police officers to cite motorists for loud vehicles in residential areas, a memorandum obtained by KXAN reveals the data on how it has been enforced.
