HAYS COUNTY, Texas — Several agencies responded Thursday after finding suspected explosive material on a property in between Fischer and Wimberley.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., the Hays County Combined Emergency Communications Center received a call about the discovery of suspected military-type and homemade explosive material on a property in the 2700 block of Fischer Store Road.
