U.S. Representative Greg Casar (D-TX) is blasting Immigration and Customs Enforcement after an agent shot a 28-year-old DoorDash driver in Austin and The Atlantic reported that the officer who fired was not wearing a body camera.
“ICE has a bigger budget than the Marine Corps & still conned Congress out of $20M more for bodycams,” Casar wrote. “Swore every agent would wear one by August. It’s September and ICE shot an Austinite in the back. They say there was no camera.”
