Fall is in full swing on the astronomical calendar, but it doesn’t feel that way in many parts of Texas, where temperatures still reach near triple digits.
However, an upcoming cold front could make the season feel more present in the San Antonio region. Residents could feel a change early next week, according to a Wednesday, September 23, report from CBS Austin Meteorologist Avery Tomasco.
The weather radar shows “a big chunk of tropical moisture” heading toward South Central Texas, Tomasco said. Much of this is due to Hurricane Polo, a Category 4 system in the eastern Pacific.
