AUSTIN (KXAN) — Nearly everyone in Central Texas remembers where they were on April 8, 2024, during a total solar eclipse. It’s the last day anyone remembers hearing from Cristian Rangel. Eleven days later, the 24-year-old was found dead in Austin’s greenbelt.
