Rain or shine, Texas’ biggest music festival is still going on, just a little later than planned. Austin City Limits Music Festival has delayed Saturday’s opening as muddy conditions at Zilker Park draw concern from an Austin leader.
“Areas of the park remain muddy, doors will be delayed today until 2pm so that we can prepare before your arrival,” ACL told festivalgoers in a text alert Saturday morning.
Organizers said cloudy skies and a chance of showers are expected, and urged attendees to wear waterproof shoes they don’t mind getting wet and muddy. An updated performance schedule is expected shortly…
