Olive Garden is preparing to open three new Texas restaurants before the end of 2026, with the first scheduled opening just days away. The chain has listed new locations in Tomball, Edinburg and Austin, giving diners in three parts of the state specific dates to watch.
Even as some Olive Garden customers debate whether the chain still offers good value, the company is adding more dining rooms. Its official new-location calendar lists all three Texas restaurants as upcoming, with openings spread between October 26 and December 28.
Where the three restaurants are opening
Tomball — October 26: The first Texas opening on the schedule is at 27651 Tomball Parkway, in the Tomball Park area. The restaurant will be part of The Grand at 249, a developing shopping destination northwest of Houston.
