The Austin-based Cousins Maine Lobster food truck is returning to Laredo Thursday for an all-day pop-up event.
The food truck will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the parking lot of Lowe’s at 6623 San Dario Ave. The truck also had stops scheduled Monday in San Antonio and Cibolo and Wednesday in Del Rio. After visiting Laredo, it heads to Brownsville Saturday and McAllen Sunday.
