The Modern Rollingwood Sanctuary has a starting bid of $1.75 million. It was previously listed for $3.99 million. The 4,171-square-foot contemporary home has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. It sits beneath mature trees in Rollingwood, walkable to Zilker Park and less than 10 minutes from downtown Austin, Barton Springs and South Congress.
