AUSTIN, Texas – Local nonprofit Emancipet will be opening a larger veterinary clinic that will provide low-cost dentistry and surgical procedures. Emancipet’s Dental and Surgical Center will open in Austin in April 2024. It will offer low-cost dental and surgical services, including soft tissue surgeries, dental cleanings and extractions.
