AUSTIN, Texas – A former Austin Dental Practice owner is sentenced to 36 months in federal prison after being convicted of wire fraud. In addition to prison time, 49-year-old Clinton Finch Herzog, of Pearland, has been ordered to pay $2,182,760.63 in restitution and a supervised release term of three years.
