AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Police Department (APD) is searching for two suspects believed to be behind a robbery that occurred at a South Austin gas station on Jan. 20. According to APD, the suspects entered the gas station located at 5401 Menchaca Rd. just after 11 p.m. APD says the two “aggressively” entered the store and pulled the cashier from behind the register and stole an undetermined amount of money while holding the clerk at gunpoint.
