Latest from On3’s No. 1 RB, new 2026 Texas offers

Inside Texas delivers the latest on the No. 1 running back in 2026, and four new offers from the Class of 2026 on Saturday. Get some Longhorns gospel.

Javian Osborne, RB, Forney (Texas)

On3’s No. 1 RB in the country and top Texas target at tailback had a number of college edits and texts pouring in after midnight on June 15, opening of the contact period with juniors.

Was Texas the first to connect with the four-star just outside the East Texas area? Most definitely.

Osborne hopes to return to Austin in late July for UT’s BBQ recruiting event.

Calvin Carver , ATH, Spring (Texas) Dekaney

Carver is a Jack-of-all-trades type after playing so many positions on the field last season. Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and UTEP among his early offers.

Tight end, linebacker, defensive end, wide receiver. You name it.

At 6-foot-4, 225-pound, he’s an outstanding kid with great feet, elite quickness coming off the edge, and an impressive wingspan.

Jack Kreul, EDGE, Orlando (Fla.) Bishop Moore

The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder has exploded on the recruiting scene recently. Georgia, Florida, Clemson, and Tennessee have all extended verbal invitations over the last two weeks.
