AUSTIN, Texas – Body-worn camera footage captured the moment an Austin police officer rescued a tiny kitten from the side of a busy road earlier this year. According to the time stamps on the video, the incident occurred just after 4 a.m. on May 16. Officer Carrillo stopped on the side of the road and slowly approached the frightened kitten.
