Woman arrested after fentanyl sale leads to death

AUSTIN, Texas – A woman has been arrested and charged with murder after allegedly selling fentanyl that led to an overdose death in February. According to the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call reporting a deceased person in northeast Bastrop. When deputies arrived, they found a 19-year-old woman unresponsive in a bed. She was declared dead on the scene.
