Urban Meyer Silenced By Crowd During ‘Big Noon Kickoff’

Urban Meyer isn’t usually one to hold back on his opinion on any college football topic. But he had some trouble getting his words out during Fox’s “Big Noon Kickoff” show in Ann Arbor ahead of the top-10 matchup between the No. 10 Michigan Wolverines and the No. 3 Texas Longhorns.

The thousands of Michigan fans who will be in attendance at the “Big House” don’t have great memories of the former Ohio State Buckeyes head coach after going 0-7 against him while he was in Columbus.

Michigan fans finally had the chance to get in Meyer’s ear, jeering and booing every single time he tried to deliver an opinion. It took him three attempts to give his analysis of the Clemson Tigers after the crowd silenced him on his first two tries.

“The crowd in Ann Arbor is getting so loud when Urban talks the guys have to huddle around him to hear,” the ” Big Noon Kickoff ” account posted on X.

The loud boos continued throughout the broadcast, not just when the crew had to huddle up.

Michigan fans have a little more to cheer about this season after winning the national championship and beating the Buckeyes three years in a row.
