AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Police Department on Tuesday released body camera footage and police audio related to a deadly officer-involved shooting that happened on Sept. 10 in North Austin. A man, identified as Franklin Earl Miller, was killed in the incident after being shot by multiple APD officers.
