AUSTIN (KXAN) — One person is dead after a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian in east Austin, Austin-Travis County EMS said on social media Wednesday .
The crash happened at the intersection of East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Springdale Road. Medics said they responded to the crash shortly after 9:30 p.m. Medics said CPR was in progress on one adult. Medics later pronounced that person dead on the scene.
Drivers should expect traffic delays or seek alternate routes.
