AUSTIN, Texas – An Austin resident has claimed a $1 million top prize in the Texas Lottery’s Million Dollar Loteria scratch ticket game, lottery officials announced Friday. The winning ticket was purchased at Pond Springs Xpress, located at 13125 Pond Springs Road, Suite 101. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
