AUSTIN, Texas – A two-vehicle collision early Wednesday morning caused traffic delays on US 290 near Mopac in south Austin. The Austin Police Department said the crash, reported around 5:00 a.m., left one woman trapped in her vehicle. Emergency responders extricated her from the wreckage, and she was taken to a local hospital. Her condition is currently unknown.
