TEXAS, USA – Editor’s Note: The attached video aired on March 15. Temple Police are seeking help from the public locating a 40-year-old man last seen before Christmas. Police say Mingo Mungia was last seen on Dec. 18 at 1:30 p.m. and is believed to be driving a blue GMC Acadia. There is a chance he is in the Travis County area.
