LAKEWAY, Texas – Police following a stolen vehicle suspect arrested a Lockhart man after he allegedly tried to steal the officers’ vehicle.

On Jan. 4, Lakeway police officers received a license plate reader alert for a vehicle that had been reported as stolen.
