Warm Friday coming, but a cold front will bring big changes for the weekend

Get ready for another round of weather whiplash, South Texas . Very warm, almost summer-like temperatures are expected on Friday, but big changes will come quickly this weekend, as two separate cold fronts are set to sweep through San Antonio.

Blame the change in weather on a strong system of low atmospheric pressure system that will move through the southern Plains on Saturday. First, the weather system will send a Pacific cold front through San Antonio Saturday morning. Then, a stronger front will bring cold air into the region late Saturday night. Here’s a preview of what you can expect.
