AUSTIN, Texas — Two people were arrested and charged after allegedly taking a 7-year-old child from an apartment in southeast Austin on Friday, police said.
Austin police officers responded to a kidnapping call at approximately 1:38 p.m. on March 14 in the 2600 block of South Pleasant Valley Road, the department said.
