AUSTIN, Texas — Austin first responders said they were called out to a shooting incident in downtown Austin that started in a club. The incident occurred at the intersection of 6th St. and Brazos St. around 1 a.m. Sunday.
In an update posted to social media, Austin-Travis County EMS and the Austin Police Department said they were alerted to one victim around 8th St. and Brazos and immediately started to try and save the person’s life.
A few minutes later, they were alerted to a second victim further away from the initial scene. Both victims were taken to the hospital. First responders said there were two other people who refused to receive medical attention at the scene. In total, four people were injured in the incident…
