Local Food Truck Upgrading to Brick and Mortar

According to recent reporting in Austin Community Impact, a local food trailer will soon upgrade to a proper brick and mortar.

The report states that Neon Armadillo, which specialized in “seed oil-free, hyper-local dishes with a Texas flair”, will open its debut brick-and-mortar restaurant in mid-August at The Junction in Wimberley.

The brick-and- mortar will reportedly operate on a 3-acre property designed with a “Hill Country playground” vibe, the Impact reports citing a conversation with Chef Adam Puskorius. The establishment will feature live music, a full bar, and a mix of indoor and outdoor seating areas that intend to build a “welcoming atmosphere for families, foodies, and anyone wanting to enjoy the Hill Country lifestyle.”…
