AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department (APD) is continuing to investigate after two people were arrested in connection with allegations of “experiments” on body parts at a local mortuary.
Adeline Ngan-Binh Bui, the director of Capital Mortuary Services (CMS), has been charged for allegedly falsifying 129 death certificates and conducting experiments on the severed arms of corpses at the mortuary, located at 201 Victor St.
Police said Bui turned herself in at the Travis County Jail on April 18 and has been charged with Abuse of Corpse, a state jail felony, and five counts of Tampering with Governmental Records, a second-degree felony. She has since been released on bond…
