A new Home Depot is officially underway in Manor, Texas. The 135,000-square-foot store will anchor the massive Manor Crossing development, a 95-acre mixed-use project at the northwest corner of US Highway 290 and FM 973. Construction is progressing, with the store expected to open in late spring 2025.
The site joins a growing list of retailers aiming to serve the region’s fast-expanding population. With Manor’s population increasing nearly 38% from 2020 to 2023, the demand for major retail options has grown just as rapidly. According to The Real Deal and KVUE, Home Depot will share the center with a 110,000-square-foot H-E-B and national chains such as T.J. Maxx, Burlington, and Planet Fitness.
More Than Just Tools and Lumber
Manor Crossing is set to become a central hub for shopping and dining in the area. The development includes 16 retail lots and over 600 planned multifamily housing units. Alongside Home Depot and H-E-B, shoppers can expect to find Five Below, Dollar Tree, Rack Room Shoes, Mattress Firm, and more.
