The Houston-based steakhouse chain is turning back time to 1979 when Perry’s first opened as a butcher shop. On Friday, the first 100 dine-in guests in line at 10:30 a.m. at all Perry’s Steakhouse locations can get a pork chop lunch for just 79 cents.
