AUSTIN, Texas — A 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy are facing capital murder charges after a man was shot and killed while attempting to recover his stolen car in southeast Austin.
It happened on May 3rd at the intersection of Ross Road and Thome Valley Drive at around 3:30 a.m.
