Texas is all about its beef, which is why it’s only fitting that three steakhouses in the Lone Star State placed in a ranking of the world’s best beef joints this week.
The ranking, which features 101 of the world’s most prestigious steakhouses, was curated and released by U.K.-based publishing company Upper Cut Media House. To judge which eateries deserved a place on the list, the company enlisted the help of a team of “steak ambassadors” to determine quality based on nine factors — including meat quality and variety, service, expertise, wine selection, restaurant ambiance and more.
