City to give out $300K to help Austin-area families experiencing homelessness

Austin’s homeless strategy office on Tuesday announced it is now accepting applications from local service organizations for funding of programs that support families experiencing homelessness.

Last year, the Austin City Council budgeted $300,000 specifically to help unhoused parents and children.
