MUSTANG RIDGE, Texas — A driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police observed the vehicle traveling the wrong way on Highway 183, according to the Mustang Ridge Police Department.
An officer stopped the vehicle June 22 after observing it driving southbound in the northbound lanes of the highway, police said.
