ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — Becky Mitchell is living the nightmare of her daughter’s face being the subject of a missing person’s bulletin. “It’s hard to talk about her without getting angry or upset,” she said.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, her daughter, Haleigh Breann Murphy, was last seen on June 16, 2023, in Round Rock, Texas.
