Five Dallas-area women were killed in a fiery crash just north of Austin last Friday. It happened on U.S. 281 just north of Austin during what family members said was intended to be a girls trip.
A memorial was carefully placed near the site of the crash. The names – Thalia Salinas, Ruby Cruz, Brianna Valadez, Desiree Cervantez, and Jacqueline Velazco – represent five lives cut short.
