AUSTIN, Texas — A tragic shooting in a North Austin Target parking lot has left three people dead, including a 4-year-old child. The incident occurred while many were inside shopping or heading to their cars.
Patrick Kerley, an Austin resident and grandfather, expressed his dismay at the frequency of such events.
