TEXAS — DustyGirl Kosmach, better known as Dusty, has long admired the cypress trees that lined the Guadalupe River for years. Her trip down to Ingram after the July 4 floods left a different impression.
“I’ve ridden my motorcycle up and down here, I’ve stopped at the Hunt store many times,” she said, “I been here before, but never after something like this.”
