AUSTIN, Texas — Austin Police have identified the man captured on surveillance video breaking into the Town Lake Animal Center early Thursday morning and issued a warrant for his arrest.
The video shows the man releasing several dogs from their kennels. The incident resulted in one dog’s death and left many questioning the motive behind the act.
