AUSTIN, Texas — Court documents reveal details in the arrest of a man who assaulted a woman and revved a circular saw inches from her face in south Austin on Saturday night.
Around 10:59 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a disturbance call at an apartment complex at 5609 Cougar Dr in south Austin, according to the arrest affidavit.
