AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police are looking for a man who made purchases at a north Austin smoke shop with someone else’s credit cards.
On Monday, Aug. 11, at around 10:48 a.m., APD says that a man made several fraudulent purchases using a victim’s credit cards at the Happy Clouds location at 7205 N. Lamar Blvd.
