AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department on Wednesday requested the public’s help in identifying a man who made several fraudulent purchases using a stolen credit card, which was taken from a vehicle during a burglary.
APD said the purchases were made at a Happy Clouds located at 7205 N. Lamar Boulevard on Aug. 11, just before 11 a.m. The vehicle burglary occurred near 613 W. Saint Johns Avenue.
Authorities described the suspect as a Hispanic male in his mid-20s, with a bowl cut and possible vitiligo on or near his face. He was last seen wearing a grey sweater and shorts, the release said.
