MIDLAND, Texas — Friday night lights are set to shine again across Texas, but a new law could quickly dim the evening for fans who can’t keep their cool.
Senate Bill 2929 gives referees, judges and other officials the power to remove disruptive and inappropriate spectators from UIL or school-sponsored events without issuing a warning.
